Shipping Coverage
We currently ship all across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Providers
We use a combination of Daewoo Courier and local riders to ensure efficient and timely delivery of your orders.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 12 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on holidays or during peak seasons may require additional time.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2,499

Flat Rs. 200 shipping fee for orders below that amount
Order Tracking
Currently, we do not provide tracking numbers. However, you can always reach out to our customer support team at moramaharaj@gmail.com for order status updates.
Delays & Refunds

For Karachi, if your order is not delivered within 24 hours, you're eligible for a full refund.

For other cities, if delivery takes longer than 4 working days, a full refund will be issued.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we offer a free exchange to ensure you receive your product in perfect condition.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
In the rare case of a shipping error or delay beyond our stated windows, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
